The popular Korean girl group BlackPink will hold an exhibition in Seoul (Korea) at the end of this August, on the 5th anniversary of singing, according to Yonhap News .
BlackPink ‘s 5th anniversary exhibition will take place at the headquarters of the management company YG Entertainment in Seoul ( Korea ), from August 21 to 30. The event belongs to the “4 + 1” project series, to mark the artistic journey of the popular girl group in kimchi.
At this special exhibition, BlackPink introduces the group’s milestones and achievements during their 5 years in the entertainment industry . The event is free of charge, but YG Entertainment notes that fans need to make a reservation in advance to ensure social distancing in accordance with the Korean government’s regulations .
In addition to the aforementioned exhibition, BlackPink will release the movie Blackpink The Movie , which is scheduled to hit theaters in August in about 100 countries around the world . The famous group also planned many other online events, amid the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in many places, making it impossible for the 4 members to hold face-to-face interactions with the audience.
BlackPink debuted on August 8, 2016, with a lineup of 4 female vocalists: Jisoo, Jennie , Rose and Lisa.
